Back End Developer

• Build new features into the Salesfire platform.
• Write server-side code, create robust high-volume production applications.
• Ensure the reliability of systems critical to Salesfire customers.
• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g., code reviews, writing clean and pragmatic code).
• Contribute to the back end coding standards.

Salesfire is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Back End Engineer to join our team as we continue to expand our SaaS platform. With a growing customer base and a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance, you will play a key role in shaping the systems that power over 5,000 eCommerce sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment., * Proficient in Object Oriented PHP or other back-end languages.

• Experience with frameworks (we use Laravel and Lumen).
• Strong understanding of database schema design, caching and scalability.
• Experience with NodeJS is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the latest SaaS technologies.
• A strong understanding and practical experience with web application development.
• A sincere commitment to crafting readable and reliable code.
