Job description

We are hiring an experienced Network L2 Technician / Dispatch FSE to support data center and IT infrastructure operations. The role involves break-fix, provisioning, and deployment activities across network and server environments., * Visual inspection of equipment

Rebooting routers, servers, storage devices
Loop-back cable testing
Re-seating or replacing components/cables
AC/DC power handling
Cleaning connectors and equipment
Connecting test routers or test sets
Swapping storage media
Installing/replacing modular components
Dispatching equipment for repair
Fiber cleaning and light level testing
Installing loop backs
Planned maintenance and circuit migration support
Installing SFP / GBIC modules
Troubleshooting hardware issues
Rack and de-rack activities
Equipment labeling, inventory, and documentation
Tape backup handling
Power cycling and soft-booting servers
Following Data Eradication processes

Provisioning

Install cables and optics for new circuits
Reconnect, disconnect, or replace existing circuits
Testing cables and optics

Deployment

Physical cabling and cable management
Northbound cabling (Fiber / Copper / Power)
Rack, Stack, and Jack
Installation support (PDUs, Network Switches, etc.)
E-waste handling and site clean-up

Requirements

Do you have experience in VPN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Center Operations or IT Infrastructure Support

Good to Go Skills

Strong hands-on experience in data center and infrastructure support environments, * Proven experience as Network Administrator / Network Technician
Strong knowledge of networking, routing, and switching
Experience with server infrastructure management and monitoring
Firewall, VPN implementation and troubleshooting experience
Ability to configure server hardware
Familiarity with backup and recovery tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Certifications (Preferred)
