SAP Technical Architect

As an SAP Technical Architect, you shape and steer the technical vision of our clients' SAP landscapes. You transform business and functional needs into reliable, scalable, and future-proof SAP solutions, ensuring full alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise standards. You collaborate closely with stakeholders, functional experts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure architectural consistency and high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Design and validate end-to-end SAP architectures across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integrations, and extensions.
• Guide project teams on technical decisions and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor during major transformation programs such as S/4HANA migrations and cloud adoption.
• Oversee the technical health, performance, and evolution of SAP landscapes.
• Evaluate new SAP technologies and recommend their adoption where they create value., * Strategic Exposure: Work closely with Capgemini and client leadership on high-impact transformation programs.

• Extensive experience in SAP technical domains (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, integrations, workflow, extensions).
• Solid understanding of SAP system architecture, landscape design, and basis concepts.
• Proven background in designing or reviewing complex SAP solutions.
• Experience in S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, selective transformation).
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and tools (SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, RFC).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide multidisciplinary teams., * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and structured in your approach.
• Ability to work in hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore)., * Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of security concepts (IAM, authorizations, audit requirements).
• SAP certifications in architecture, development, or cloud solutions.
