Employee ICT Support

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to users.
• Collaborate with IT teams on user and rights management.
• Set up workstations and manage hardware and software., You are a computer scientist by conviction and love to provide support? • In doing so, you work closely with client management as well as the server and network team and take on tasks in user and permission management (Active Directory).
• You set up workstations, maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and assist with purchasing and maintaining the hardware inventory.
• In addition, you create and maintain technical instructions and documentation.

• Completed IT education; experience in IT support required.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems and Active Directory., * You are communicative, have a quick grasp, and enjoy a varied activity in IT helpdesk and client management.
• You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or ICT professional EFZ.
• Service orientation is a matter of course for you, and you already have experience in IT support.
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, networks, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; French skills are an advantage.
• You have a category B driving license.
