UI/UX Designer (Working Student) - Conversational AI

We're looking for a working student to join us as a UI/UX Designer. You'll work directly with the founders on our product-shaping how users interact with our chatbot and AI agents. This means designing novel user flows for interactions that don't have established playbooks yet. You'll have real ownership, high expectations, and see your work in production.

What you'll do

• Create and research UX concepts for human/agent interactions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI interactions feel simple
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life
• Support other areas of the business as needed-startup life means wearing multiple hats

• AI-native: You actively use agentic tools for your work and studies, play with new AI tools as they launch, and understand the basics of how LLMs work
• Entrepreneurial: You're proactive, take initiative without being asked, and thrive when given ownership rather than instructions
• Eager to learn: You love to learn, want to progress and can teach yourself anything
• Currently enrolled in a design, HCI, or related program
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and AI prototyping
• Flexible and willing to jump into different tasks
• Fluent in English
