• Support and troubleshoot
• Monitor (cisco) network performance and keep everything running smoothly
• On Site Support (in Heerlen) for employees
• Handle (first level support) in daily datacenter tasks such as:

• Server Management
• Hypervisor Management
• Storage Management
• Monitoring
• Backup & Recovery, * Hybrid Remote: this position requires working in the office a minimum of 1 day per week at our site in Heerlen. The other days, in agreement with your team, can be worked from home. During onboarding, you´ll likely be on-site more to ensure that both your onboarding goes well and also to take care of Firmware updates.

• Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal
• Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need
• Vacation: 30 days a year
• Balance job & life: Flexible working hours: you decide where and when you work

• Relevant background in IT (i.e. MBO4, CCNA certification) or similiar education/apprenticeship/trainings/certification within IT
• In-depth Cisco Network experience with the entire suite (such as Any Connect, Firepower, Catalyst, ISE)
• At best, general first support knowledge of the below mentioned

• Windows Administration
• VMwareAdministration
• NetApp Administration
• CheckMK Administration
• Veeam Administration

• English (C1); Dutch is a strong plus

• The role is permanent, starting with a 1-year contract and a 1-month probation, continuing indefinitely after a successful performance review .
• Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
