Job description
As a Data Modeller, you will play a vital role in the creation and optimization of data & data products within the Customer Data Domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and assist in translating them into comprehensive data models. Your role will involve supporting detailed analysis of various data sources to derive insightful requirements and use these to develop business, conceptual and logical data models. You will utilize centrally provided data management processes to help set up definitions and metadata, ensuring consistent data understanding. Additionally, you will assist in defining and refining requirements for physical data models, working in collaboration with data engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Your input will be valuable in evaluating and improving data models related to Customer & Party domains, ensuring continuous enhancement and optimization

Customer Data Solutions (CDS) is responsible for overseeing generic customer processes and all customer and party data. This data is made available to authorized internal stakeholders and external parties via data products. The CDS data office consists of four teams, and you will be part of the Customer & Party Data Products team. We are a new team in development, tasked with delivering data products and solving complex data issues related to customer data. Our culture is based on reliability and inclusivity, ensuring that stakeholders can rely on us.

Requirements
- 2+ years
- A customer centric focus
- Analytical skills, * 1-3 years of experience in data modelling or related fields.
- Basic familiarity with data management tools such as Erwin and Databricks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
