Job description
As a Software Engineer, you will be in charge of developing, integrating, and optimizing UI features and system diagnostics across the fleet, enabling efficient issue resolution. You will support field investigations, enhance software tools for diagnostics, and drive improvements in UI-vehicle systems interactions to minimize issues escalations and support rapid responses.
You will collaborate closely with UI designers, software developers, and system experts in Europe and worldwide to implement innovative solutions, scale capabilities for emerging platforms, and enhance the overall quality of service tools.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven and hands-on problem solver, capable of working across software stacks. What You'll Do
- Develop and integrate UI features for diagnostics, within the service and customer facing scope
- Support field investigations of infotainment/system issues and lead related software improvements
- Collaborate with global teams to scale features for new products and support regional adaptations (e.g., EU, China)
- Deep dive into field data to help prioritize the necessary software improvements
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI?, * Experience in software development with ability to deep-dive across multiple stacks
- Infotainment/System expertise (Linux, UI frameworks, web-based development frameworks)
- Comfortable with Linux environments, and version control
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A passion for innovative troubleshooting, code quality improvements, and scaling diagnostics for efficiency
- Fluent in English
