Job description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Technology Support Specialist.
This is a new permanent role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing technology support to the London office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting users with firm issued devices.
- Providing remote support and managing portable media encryption.
- Setting up meeting rooms, remotely via Teams and Zoom, and in office by moving and installing heavy IT equipment.
- Logging and managing support calls.
- Resolving and escalating difficult issues and informing management of performance issues in the London office.
- Assisting with office moves, replacing hardware and setting up equipment for visitors.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have gained 12+ months of IT support experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary understanding of IT operational work practices, experience with Windows Server, printers, IOS/ Android support, and organisation skills.
Benefits & conditions
The firm are offering a salary circa £35,000 & benefits package, the role is office based.
