The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to a fast growing user base., Support, maintain and install IT hardware and software across the Trust in accordance with Trust IT policies and procedures. Troubleshoot connectivity issues on the Local Area Network. Respond to enquiries from staff and provide assistance, advice and remote troubleshooting of computer system problems as required as part of the ICT Service Desk service escalating issues when necessary. Ensure all Client devices have up to date Anti Virus software and Operating System patches via appropriate Control Management software., Due to the nature of the role. this post is spread across several geographic sites and a full driving license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
