PwC's Oracle HCM team is expanding, and we're currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a proven track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team.

What your days will look like:

Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients.

Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.

This role is for you if:
- You have full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including one or more of the following modules

You also bring experience in one or more of the following areas (desirable):

Data migration and integrations

You have demonstrable experience in several of the following activities:

Presales and proposal development

Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis

Solution design and functional configuration
-
HCM process design
-
Workshop design and delivery
-
Testing and training
-
Post go-live support of Oracle HCM solutions
-
You've worked both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.

You have experience managing small to mid-sized workstreams, creating a positive team environment, and providing meaningful feedback and direction to junior colleagues.

Active Oracle Certification(s) and UK Security Clearance are desirable.
