Job description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Engineer to support end-user computing operations, VDI infrastructure, and application deployment in an enterprise environment. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and coordination with stakeholders for ongoing IT support and project activities., * Provide Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, and end-user devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage end-user accounts and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Install and support customized applications on user devices.
- Support and administer Citrix VDI and VMware-based VDI infrastructure.
- Manage file servers and license servers.
- Deploy and package applications using SCCM.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support project-related activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery., * Strong experience in IT L2 support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Citrix, and VMware.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
