Job description
We are hiring a Growth Engineer to focus on product adoption, onboarding, monetization, and propagation. This is an engineering role, centered on building the business-critical parts of the product and internal tooling that drive growth. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, with a strong business mindset., * Work as a full-stack engineer on growth-critical surfaces of the product, from onboarding to activation and retention.
- Build and iterate on onboarding flows, in-product guidance, and AI-assisted workflows that help users succeed faster with Nango.
- Design and implement systems around billing, payments, plans, usage, and monetization.
- Develop internal tools and experiments to support go-to-market efforts, including marketing campaigns, attribution, and growth analytics.
- Work on product propagation through documentation tooling, website features, blog infrastructure, and developer education surfaces.
- Build scalable tooling to support word-of-mouth growth, referrals, and other distribution mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with product and business to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and high-leverage improvements.
- Own end-to-end projects, from ideation to production, with a strong focus on measurable impact.
- Act as a technical bridge between engineering, product, and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Linux?, * 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong hands-on coding skills.
- Very comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web stacks.
- Strong empathy for customers, with a clear interest in business, growth, and product adoption.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Pragmatic, positive, and low ego. You take ownership, unblock others, and move things forward.
- Able to prioritize effectively and operate in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Startup-ready. Autonomous, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Based in the USA.
