ICT System Specialist Modern Workplace 80-100%

• You ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation and contribute know-how to the further development of the customer's IT systems
• You provide 2nd and 3rd level support for end users at their stationary, mobile, and virtual workplaces.
• You install the customers' work devices (Intune/SCCM)
• You package software and install it on customer devices.
• You support lifecycle projects

• Completed ICT training with several years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, M365, and Directory Services.
• Ability to create process-compliant documentation., * Completed training in computer science as well as several years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (server and client), M365, and directory services. Certificates are an advantage.
• Intune knowledge (SCCM is an advantage)
• Responsible, independent, and a very structured and precise way of working
• Ability to create process-compliant documentation
• Strong communication skills in German and French is an advantage.
• Clear vision of the workplace of the future as well as familiarity with current trends in the workplace environment
• Citrix knowledge is an advantage
