Home-Office Developer Eclipse Java Scrum SQL Support, As part of our growth, we are looking for a Software Developer to join our team. This role is open to developers at different stages of their careers - from experienced professionals to junior developers, recent graduates, and students who are eager to gain or further develop their skills.
In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our Eclipse RCP-based framework solution and support both analysis and implementation tasks. You will collaborate closely with experienced developers to carry out feasibility and performance assessments, work with databases, and execute basic SQL queries. The role also involves debugging and optimising existing applications to ensure efficiency and reliability.
You will become an active member of an agile development team, working with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will take on responsibilities aligned with your experience level and gradually manage and organise your own tasks independently.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has completed vocational training or holds a university degree in computer science or a related field. A sound understanding of software development in Java, along with initial experience using Eclipse, is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required, as well as fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
