Job description

Are you a technical expert who enjoys bridging the gap between data engineering and business insights? We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analytics Engineer to join our BI team. In this role, you will be a key driver in building a world-class Enterprise Data Model that empowers our teams to make evidence-based decisions., * Shape Our Data Strategy: Lead the definition and delivery of our Enterprise Logical Data Model, ensuring it remains the trusted foundation for business-wide data requests.

  • Build Scalable Models: Design and maintain central business models focused on essential areas like patient care, lead generation, and programme performance.
  • Champion Technical Excellence: Serve as our internal expert for SQL and data modelling (Kimball/Inmon), while driving the adoption of robust testing and data quality frameworks.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence Analysts to translate complex requirements into reliable, high-impact data assets.
  • Foster Growth: Mentor colleagues and challenge our existing processes to improve quality, speed, and technical maturity.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Deep Technical Experience: At least 4 years of experience in analytics engineering or advanced modelling, with high proficiency in dbt and SQL.

  • Modern Data Stack Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • A Quality-First Mindset: Experience designing data observability solutions and a strong understanding of Git and CI/CD concepts.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Educational Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and DevOps best practices.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Thoughtspot, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
