Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Executive plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes within our organization. This position involves managing and analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, data visualization, and system administration., Data Dashboard and Reporting:

• Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics (sales, contracts, marketing).
• Generate and distribute weekly reports for sales, account managers, and management, including sales funnel analysis and outstanding tasks.

Marketing Campaign Management:

• Track, analyze, and provide insights on marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute new campaigns using Eloqua for automation.

Microsoft Dynamics Management:

• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics with other tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign).
• Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Create and manage contracts, entities, workflows, and automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Customer Insights and Support:

• Regularly assess customer health metrics and share insights to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Handle contact form requests, manage newsletter subscriptions, and upload email addresses and leads into Dynamics.

Opportunity and Contract Management:

• Facilitate deal closures within Dynamics and ensure accurate contract records.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
