What will your new position look like?
You will work with various clients, translating planning processes into suitable solutions using our client's software. One client may require support during software implementation, while another may need assistance optimizing their planning processes. You act as a bridge between the customer and their software.
You will provide training to 5 to 10 key users or end users and manage multiple projects from start to finish. Organizational skills and strong communication are essential. You will be the main contact for the customer, supported by a team of colleagues who can assist when needed., * A dynamic position for 32-40 hours per week, offering autonomy and responsibility

Requirements
- You have courage, audacity, and perseverance
- You are analytical, pragmatic, and persuasive
- You have experience with stakeholder management and handling resistance
- You are a good listener, clear communicator, and inspiring
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience, such as in roles like software consultant, application controller, or project manager
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have supervised software implementations before
- You are fluent in Dutch
