IT Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on IT & Communications Lead to play a key role in supporting and developing the business's technology and communications systems across all branches.

You will be the go-to person for IT and communications, taking ownership of day-to-day systems while also helping the business make better use of technology through improved processes, CRM workflows, and automation. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will help ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with how the business operates.

• Proven experience managing and administering Microsoft 365andGoogle platforms
• Support and improve business processes through effective use of technology
• Manage internal communications systems (email, telephony, messaging platforms)
• Provide day-to-day IT support, onboarding and offboarding users
• Work with third-party suppliers and system vendors
• Maintain documentation, backups, and security best practices

Do you have experience in IT management?, * Proven experience in a hands-on IT or systems management role

• Strong experience with CRM systems, workflows, and automation
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace management and administration
• Confident supporting non-technical users
• Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused

Desirable

• Experience with CRM platforms
• Background in property or a similar sector
• Experience with system integrations or automation tools
• Experience with Project Management, * IT management: 3 years (preferred)
