UX Product Designer

• Lead end-to-end product management for the mobile app experience, prioritizing features and enhancements to improve client outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, stakeholders) to plan, develop, and implement product changes and best practices
• Define product strategy through market analysis, detailed requirements, implementation plans, and ongoing business planning input
• Drive delivery excellence by resolving production and implementation issues, supporting escalations, and ensuring effective messaging and customer communication
• Measure and optimize performance by defining KPIs and applying qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously improve the user experience

Do you have experience in UX?, * Extensive product management experience

• Financial Services experience required, with prior exposure to personal investing strongly preferred
• Proven mobile experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma is required
