BI Analyst

Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards and KPIs to support operational and strategic decisions. Produce clear, insightful analysis to highlight trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Manage reporting requests end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery. Conduct root-cause analysis on data issues and support continuous data quality improvement. Collaborate with operational teams, data specialists and stakeholders to enhance reporting capability. Support business change initiatives with data insights and performance monitoring.

Strong SQL/T-SQL/MySQL skills (advanced level). Proven experience designing end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and visualisation. Experience with paginated reporting tools (e.g., Power BI Paginated / SSRS). Strong MS Office skills, including Excel. Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience producing KPI reporting and operational dashboards.

Desirable

Knowledge of automation tools, PowerApps, SharePoint, APIs and data sourcing methods. Experience working with large datasets, data governance or data quality improvement.
