Job description
Job Summary: Defines and owns the product/capability vision and the end-to-end delivery. Owns and maintains the product/capability backlog. Ensures business requirements are clearly defined, agreed and ready for development in accordance with business priorities. Proactively challenge stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for Beazley.
The capability under ownership is Risk & Compliance technical enablement and associated SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create a value-driven product vision and roadmap.

Decide what product functionality should be delivered, for whom, why, and in what order in collaboration with the Risk & Compliance SLT.

Define and own the end-to-end delivery and maintain product backlogs, ensuring the highest value items are being delivered at all times.

Work with other Beazley Product Owners to maximise alignment and reuse and avoid conflicts and duplication of work.

Gather input from the product customers, users and other stakeholders on their needs and desired outcomes and represent product stakeholders in product design and prioritisation.

Work with stakeholders to measure delivered business outcomes and business value provided by delivered products.

Chair product delivery meetings and provide guidance to the product delivery team including identifying opportunities for product delivery process improvement.

Maintain and provide necessary artifacts for various committees and steering groups.

Forecast and monitor product delivery progress and spend.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Process improvement?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) Certification, International Diploma in Business Analysis or Master Certificate in Business Analysis

PMP or like qualification in Project Management
-
Highly skilled in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.
-
In-depth experience with multiple methods for the elicitation, validation, and documentation of requirements
-
Experience of governance, risk and compliance platforms, ideally in financial services
Education and Qualifications
- Graduate, equivalent education and/or qualifications or equivalent experience

Knowledge and Experience

Experience in customer journey and process mapping

Experience in risk management or regulatory delivery

Experienced in working with software providers and outsourcers.

End to end experience of the project lifecycle over numerous medium scale projects.

Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and networking.

Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences
