Job description

As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in delivering compliant and effective digital information solutions. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing and mentoring Information Coordinators while implementing our Digital by Default strategy across multiple projects
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and conducting quality assurance checks on all uploaded information
  • Leading CDE (Common Data Environment) setup, user training and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Supporting project teams with information naming strategies and Task Information Delivery Plans
  • Contributing to the development of standards, protocols, and best practices for information management, Cleaner. Requirements

Do you have experience in Mentoring?, * You have experience implementing BS 1192/ISO 19650 principles across projects with a thorough understanding of CDE workflows

  • You're confident in managing digital information systems, particularly Viewpoint For Projects
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy mentoring others to build their capabilities
  • You're well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • You're passionate about continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices
