Job description
Delivering high-quality Arboricultural projects on MOD estates. As an Arb Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations - driving project success, developing strong client relationships, and leading teams to deliver safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible works.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate works, managing teams and subcontractors
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships through regular communication, ensuring expectations are met and opportunities identified.
- Financial Oversight: Manage costings, and invoicing to ensure projects remain profitable and compliant.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain high safety standards, ensure training and certifications are up to date,
- Leadership: Lead and support your team, development and effective day-to-day management.
- Reporting: Keep data and documentation accurate, up to date, and shared across the business.
- Managing occasional night shifts
- Managing Ecological site restrictions
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft project/spreadsheets)
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * Level 3 Arboriculture qualification
- 5 Years minimum experience within the Arb industry
- First aid
- Full driving licence
- 2 years Contract Management
- Operative experience
- Must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance
- IOSH - managing safely
- Be able to work away from home from time to time.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
- Work planning and site organization
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, * Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Arborist: 1 year (preferred)
