Job description

  • Onboard New Clients: Welcome new clients and users to the FX e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless integration experience.
  • Trading Approval: Collaborate to obtain necessary trading approvals for onboarding clients.
  • Demos & Pitche: Showcase our cutting-edge eTrading applications through engaging pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Support: Be the first point of contact for users of the Instinct FX platform, providing top-notch support and solutions.
  • Liaison Across Teams: Work closely with various teams, including e-FX sales, tech support, and operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage with external vendors, ECNs, and providers for smooth operations.
  • Pricing Configuration: Manage and configure pricing schedules tailored to client needs.

Our client, a leading organisation in the finance sector, is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable eFX Application Product Support professional to join their dynamic team., * Experience: Previous Experience in client-facing roles within the finance sector, particularly in eFX or similar environments.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure setting.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with FX markets, rates, credit, and emerging markets is essential.
  • Client Interaction: Experience working directly with hedge funds and institutional clients is a plus.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and resolve day-to-day issues without always relying on procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of UNIX/FIX protocols, eFX trading platforms, and general connectivity knowledge.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies is advantageous.
