Infrastructure Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) South Manchester (Hybrid - 1 day onsite) £35,000 - £40,000 + excellent benefits Are you a solid 2nd or early 3rd Line Engineer with strong Windows Server experience who wants to move further into infrastructure and project work? We're working with a long-established, award-winning software and hosting provider based in South Manchester who are looking to add an Infrastructure Support Engineer to their close-knit platform team. This is a hands-on role supporting live environments, but with genuine opportunity to get involved in infrastructure projects, upgrades and ongoing platform improvements. The Role:This position sits between support and infrastructure delivery. There's no split between "support" and "projects" - if an issue comes in, the whole team gets involved, and equally you'll be encouraged to contribute to project work as part of your day-to-day role.
