Job description

A Global Infrastructure Consultancy is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join their onsite support team in Marlow. This is a hands-on role supporting users, hardware, software, and local infrastructure, with exposure to modern Microsoft technologies and VIP environments., * Carry out basic hardware repairs (warranty and non-warranty).

  • Manage PC lifecycle tasks and asset management.
  • Support installations, moves, and changes.
  • Provide deskside software support.
  • Act as Smart Hands for network and print equipment.
  • Deliver VIP support.
  • Support conferencing and onsite events.

Requirements

  • Previous IT support experience across PC hardware/software, networking, or print support.
  • Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and stay organised.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
  • Willingness to act as Smart Hands for network/print equipment.
  • Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
