Senior Manager Test Technology & Solutions

• Lead a team of 8+ engineers from diverse background with strong technical knowhow
• Deliver state of the art solutions for AI-ML, SW-Tools, methodologies, product and test engineering infrastructure and data mining
• Play a key role in the team AGILE transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, product engineering, and operations teams, to ensure seamless hand-over across the product lifecycle
• Drive benchmarking to assess proper KPI setting and team performance with respect to internal and external references
• Work closely with internal and external partners to develop common strategies and synergize
• Implement data analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance product and test engineering work

Do you have experience in Management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager Test Technology & Solutions to lead the methodology, tool, and infrastructure team. This role focuses on ensuring First Time Right product releases within strict timelines, supporting multiple product families, and driving scalable, innovative solutions in Automotive Microcontrollers. The candidate must ensure process excellence, productivity, innovation, quality deliverables, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 8 years of experience in semiconductor and product qualification, characterization and test engineering, including the deployment of outsourcing
• Understanding of HW and SW products development lifecycles
• Strong background in digitization and artificial intelligence has added advantages
• Familiarity with automotive, industrial, or IoT MCU markets is a plus
• Experienced with AGILE methodologies
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
