Do you think in both: IT systems and business processes? Do you like translating customer needs into SAP solutions? Within a global SAP project, we are moving our customer order management processes from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. As IT Business Analyst you will consult our internal customers on how to best realize their requirements and coordinate the rollout. In this role, you will have the chance to actively shape Infineon's Supply Chain processes of the future and to prepare for smooth IT operations

• Act as a techno-functional SAP expert for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Gather and consolidate requirements from the business stakeholders and consult them on how to realize their needs
• Define solution functionally and act as a solution architect
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and internal development standards
• Coordinate technical realization with external service provider, perform integration tests, user acceptance tests and drive go-live activities together with the users
• Manage external services providers to enable smooth transition from project to operations and stable knowledge-transfer
• Share your knowledge and best-practices with others project team members

• A degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
• At least 6 years' professional experience in the SAP environment within the IT department or as a consultant
• Experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• Knowledge in ABAP development and debugging techniques
• Ideally knowledge of SAP S4/HANA
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Experience in leading projects is preferred
• Ideally knowledge of Agile methodologies
• A high customer-orientation and a solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced intercultural skills to collaborate in an international environment
• Very good English language skills, German is a plus
