My client, a leading global provider of financial software solutions, is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Technician to join their onsite support team. This is a hands-on role, serving as the first point of contact for employees and providing high-quality technical support. You'll manage daily walk-ups and remote tickets (averaging 30 per day), ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime. What You'll Do * Provide front-line support via walk-ups and remote channels. * Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and MacOS. * Manage onboarding, workstation setup, and user training. * Handle asset management, upgrades, and patching. * Support meeting rooms, events, and small IT projects end-to-end.
