This is a temporary role for a ERP Administrator, based at our Corby site reporting directly to our Business Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate production consumption and inventory integrity within SAP during cutover, hypercare, and business-as-usual operations. The role plays a critical part in identifying and resolving consumption issues, supporting data reconciliation, and preventing stock discrepancies through proactive monitoring and collaboration with Supply Chain and other stakeholders.

- Reporting significant stock adjustments and support root-cause investigations, contributing to corrective and preventative actions
- Supporting data reconciliation activities throughout cutover and hypercare, ensuring stock accuracy and transactional completeness
- Assisting in the creation, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support stable and repeatable processes
While the scope may appear limited, the role requires sustained focus and a great eye for detail particularly during system issues (e.g. DPS outages or interface failures), which can be highly time-intensive and business critical.
