Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, We are looking to hire a mid-level support engineer who will work closely with our clients to support them in their day to day needs, as well as work on projects. The role will cover many different areas of IT, from troubleshooting user support issues to implementing cybersecurity best practices and helping to plan and execute cloud migrations. The role will offer the successful applicant lots of room to grow within the business. We are a small but dedicated team, meaning everyone gets to work on things they enjoy. The role is very much customer-facing, so a good attitude and a willingness to cultivate relationships with our clients is paramount. We pride ourselves on offering a boutique service to our clients, whose needs are always our highest priority.
The applicant must have at least 3 years experience working in IT, and be an independent thinker, who is able to diagnose and research problems. We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate about tech, but most importantly, enjoys helping people.
On occasions, there will be on site support required at our clients offices, the majority of which are all based in Central London.
The role is full time in our office, based in Oval/Kennington, as this offers the best way to become integrated as a valued member of our team, and fosters a learning environment. We do offer some remote working flexibility.
Technical Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac. Basic knowledge of Linux

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Proven ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure and to work in continually changing environments

Hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)

Knowledge of Active Directory and DHCP, DNS.

VIP IT support

VOIP telephony support, High level AV support
