Job description
This role sits at the intersection of IT systems and the wider business. As a ERP Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the organisation's ERP platform and associated business systems, ensuring users can work efficiently and securely.
You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple sites, helping resolve system issues, supporting enhancements, and improving how the business uses its ERP tools. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to both technical systems and stakeholder engagement.
The role will be split between their Ely ( 3 days) and Kings Lynn (1 day) sites, with 1 day remote working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the operation, availability, and reliability of the organisation's ERP platform and related IT systems
- Acting as a key support point for ERP-related issues, including investigation, resolution, and escalation where needed
- Diagnose problems, manage incidents, and reduce recurring issues by completing system enhancements
- Assisting with system changes and upgrades, ensuring they are tested and documented properly
- Delivering user support and guidance to help teams understand and use systems effectively
- Contributing to IT projects by providing system insight and user-focused input
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in SQL?, Essential:
- Experience working with ERP systems in a support or analyst capacity
- Background in IT systems support
- Understanding of Microsoft-based systems, including Dynamics NAV (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools
- Experience using Office 365
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel between sites and holds a valid driving licence
