Job description
This role is focused on understanding customer requirements in depth and ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently, accurately, and successfully. You'll work across two teams:
- A Professional Services / Onboarding team, responsible for client-specific delivery, configuration, and integrations A DevOps team, responsible for platform performance, reliability, and operational readiness
You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to bridge the gap between commercial commitments, customer documentation, and successful go-live., * Own the end-to-end onboarding and professional services workstream for new C-Link customers, from post-sale through to go-live.
- Analyse client documentation (e.g. tender documents, contracts, legal templates) and translate requirements into templates, configurations, and delivery plans within C-Link.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to support deal closure, onboarding scoping, and smooth handover into delivery.
- Act as the primary Business Analyst for onboarding, breaking down complex customer requirements into clear, actionable work.
- Partner with the Professional Services development team to deliver onboarding work, client-specific configurations, and integrations.
- Work with UX on the workflows and interfaces associated with onboarding and configuration, ensuring it is clear, scalable, and efficient.
- Define and manage requirements for client integrations with third-party systems
- Act as Product Owner for the DevOps team, ensuring platform performance, reliability, uptime, and site speed meet customer expectations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise work, manage trade-offs, and ensure successful client outcomes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Essential
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA in a SaaS or technology-led environment
- Strong experience analysing complex, document-heavy requirements and translating them into structured system delivery
- Experience working closely with commercial, customer-facing, and technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear plans
Desirable
- Experience in the construction industry, or working with legal, contractual, or commercial documentation
- Background in companies dealing with contracts, templates, procurement, or compliance-heavy workflows
- Experience supporting SaaS onboarding or professional services delivery
- Familiarity with system integrations and third-party platforms
