Analytics Manager - SAP

As a SAP Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading engagements that help clients unlock the full potential of their data by leveraging SAP's advanced analytics solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven strategies, managing delivery teams, and advising senior stakeholders across industries. Your expertise will ensure that clients gain actionable insights that drive performance, compliance, and transformation.

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics projects, from strategy and roadmap development to implementation and operational handover.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data and analytics strategies, governance, and business intelligence best practices.
• Manage delivery of SAP Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse Cloud.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, and client workshops.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and emerging trends in analytics, AI, and data strategy.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data & analytics, with at least 5 years in SAP Analytics consulting.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP Analytics solutions in complex environments.
• Strong technical expertise in:

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting, planning, and predictive analytics.
• BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and integration with non-SAP systems.
• SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, delivering projects, and mentoring talent.
• Experience working in a consulting environment
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
• SAP Certified in Analytics or related modules.
• Knowledge of emerging data technologies (AI/ML, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Track record of business development, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
