Implementation Consultant Lead

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementations end-to-end
• Advise clients on manufacturing industry best practices
• Apply the SuiteSuccess methodology throughout all project phases
• Support data migration, QA, and user testing processes
• Identify gaps and design optimized solutions aligned with operational, logistics, and quality processes
• Train key users and lead continuous improvement sessions

Required Expertise

A professional with proven functional experience in NetSuite Manufacturing, WMS, and Quality modules, with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing projects, as well as strong leadership skills and a consultative mindset to guide clients through their digital transformation., * Minimum 3 years of functional experience in manufacturing projects using NetSuite

• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing, WMS, and Quality modules
• Understanding of business processes: finance, supply chain, and operations
• Experience leading full ERP implementations
• NetSuite certification (highly valued)
• Knowledge of SuiteSuccess (preferred)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong focus on customer experience and stakeholder management
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire others
