Lead tester

• Collaborate with developers to understand the game's design, identify the best test approach and build test plans accordingly
• Support the creation of documentation for projects, in relation to QA
• Check the functionality of game features during the various stages of development
• Plan, organize and execute the testing sequences, tracking & analyzing the results
• Handle the bug management from creation to resolution
• Create the bugs and enhance their quality to improve the resolution
• Group the bugs in categories and pinpoint low level technical improvements
• Track their lifecycle until validation
• Perform regression passes, confirm bug fixes and help maintain the bug database
• Maintain the bug database in order to have a good vision of the project's quality
• Propose and implement enhancements to testing processes, workflows, and tools to continuously raise QA standards.

As a Lead Tester, you will play a crucial role in shaping and validating a brand new interactive format that blends storytelling, gameplay, and cognitive science. You will ensure that our interactive adventures meet the highest standards of functionality, stability, and player experience., * 5-6 years experience minimum in quality assurance in the video game industry, or a similar industry

• At least two projects completed
• Great knowledge of Jira or similar bug tracking tool
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability describe complex technical issue
• Experience on narrative content is a strong plus
• Experience with educative games is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and French
