Job description

As a Junior LSP Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within the Large Scale Projects (LSP) environment. You will support the department with data accuracy, documentation maintenance, and internal communication processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic HQ setting., Dashboard Management

  • Support the updating, adjustment, and continuous development of LSP dashboards in PowerBI software
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across reporting tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and meet evolving information needs

Revenue Accuracy Tracking

  • Set up and maintain a tracking framework for LSP revenue accuracy
  • Monitor discrepancies, identify root causes, and support corrective actions
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure reliable revenue reporting

Communication Hub Support

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the LSP Communication Hub
  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal updates, news, and presentations
  • Ensure information is accessible, structured, and up-to-date

Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance

  • Ensure documents are current, version-controlled, and aligned with LSP standards
  • Maintain the LSP-M Homebase and support continuous improvement of the knowledge repository

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data handling or reporting
  • Proficiency with dashboard or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is an advantage
  • Very structured, detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Language skills: English (any other language is a plus)

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 36,725.78 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of III., * Onboarding
