Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to our clients, ensuring that their systems operate seamlessly and at peak efficiency. Full training will be provided, IT knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of call to respond to technical queries via phone & email.
- Troubleshooting hardware & software issues.
- Providing remote support for software updates and modifications.
- Answering telephone and email inquiries within our SLA's.
- Providing our customers with timely updates on the progress of their requests.
- Logging calls on our CRM systems appropriately.
- Collaborating with our 3^rd party suppliers.
Requirements
- Punctual and well-presented.
- Knowledge and experience of computer systems such as Windows with strong IT Skills.
- High-level customer service.
- Organised and able to meet timelines.
- Flexible to meet the company opening hours.
