Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across multiple offices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Install and configure workstations, operating systems, and standard business applications.
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365).
- Escalate complex incidents to 3rd line or vendors while ensuring SLA follow-up.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment lifecycle management.
- Contribute to IT documentation, security practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and French and Dutch.
