As the largest Swiss service provider for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and laptops, our service portfolio ranges from repair to refurbishment to upcycling. More than 50 employees work in our technology center in Rotkreuz, serving private and business customers with the highest service quality.
The Samsung Repair Team is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of all mobile devices from the South Korean manufacturer. The team of about ten people works strictly according to manufacturer specifications and places a clear focus on repair quality, process compliance, and efficiency.
To support our technical team, we are looking for you in Rotkreuz immediately or by arrangement as, * Professional training of new employees in the Samsung repair department
- Planning and conducting technical training and further education
- Supporting employees with technical questions in daily business
- Central professional contact point for employees of the repair department
- Ensuring compliance with Samsung guidelines, repair processes, and quality standards
- Support and use of manufacturer-specific systems and interfaces
- Support during audits, process reviews, and implementation of manufacturer requirements
- Supporting team management in achieving productivity, quality, and throughput time goals
- Actively identifying, proposing, and implementing process optimizations
- Processing and resolving technical customer care inquiries
Requirements
- Technical education or substantial experience in telecommunications required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Proficiency in German and English with MS Office knowledge., For this position, we are looking for a responsible, reliable, and independent personality with a strong technical interest and an exact as well as careful way of working. You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and constructively, and bring the ability to accept criticism as well as solution-oriented thinking. A high willingness to learn, quick comprehension, as well as flexibility and resilience in daily operations are important for this role. You have completed an electrical engineering or technical basic training or have several years of professional experience (at least four years) as a technician in the field of telecommunications, consumer electronics, or repair services. Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and confident handling of the PC and common MS Office applications complete your profile.
