Tasks

  • Provide and maintain hardware, software, and network components on-site.
  • Support users with repairs, replacements, and daily operations.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues for clients., * You provide communication facilities as well as hardware, software, and network components, install, maintain, and replace them on-site at the customer
  • You support users in daily operations, instruct them, and take care of repairs or replacement of defective devices
  • You analyze, locate, and fix hardware and software issues on client, server, and retail systems
  • You perform repairs on servers, peripherals, and client devices, install and replace PCs, and ensure smooth rollouts at customers
  • You plan and implement expansions and workplace relocations including physical moves, as well as IMAC services for our customer at the Lucerne location
  • You receive customer requirements on-site, coordinate deployments, and participate in the on-call organization
  • You document all activities in the IT service management tool and support moves and site changes

Requirements

  • Completed IT education or equivalent with three years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Fast comprehension and structured problem-solving abilities., When the computer breaks down and the users despair, do you recognize the problem before others even understand it? Then we are looking for you! A motivated personality who takes action, thinks along, and enjoys being on-site with the customer., * Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable training with MCDST or PC/LAN support further education
  • At least three years of professional experience in this role
  • Quick comprehension and structured, solution-oriented working style
  • High communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact on-site
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
  • Driver's license category B is mandatory for on-site customer deployments
