Data Analyst

Housfy has been on a mission to build a state-of-the-art data layer, and we are looking for somebody who can help us exploit this data to improve customer experience and drive revenues. We would love for you to provide insight and help us take critical business decisions - your role will have real business impact.

What do we expect from you?

• Collaborate with key areas of the business (marketing, operations, product) to understand their business challenges and provide data and insight to drive positive business results
• Demonstrate an action-oriented mindset, working autonomously to proactively tackle challenges and be willing to embrace and tackle challenges head-on
• Help us drive and optimise our cross sell strategy across all areas of the business by translating data into actionable audiences
• Understand our conversion funnel and influence business users to take data driven decisions
• Contribute to the continual development and deployment of our state-of-the-art data layer and visualisation tools
• Translate business questions and hypotheses into actionable data insights, supporting company growth

• 2+ years as a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in writing SQL to interrogate large databases
• High level of expertise with data visualisation tools
• Experience working with website data & metrics (sessions, clicks, attribution…) is a nice to have
• Understanding how to automate tasks and use AI to drive business efficiencies is an advantage
• Proven ability to understand business requirements and explain complex data to all levels of employees
• Native in Spanish and Catalan; near-native English.
