Our ambition is to build the Enterprise Service Management solution of the future on the solid foundation of the Jira platform. For that we need you, a person with proven experience on Atlassian products, solid IT background, passion for innovation, and a genuine interest in the Energy business. Ready to come onboard? What you will do: Design and implement workflows for IT as well as for other business functions like HR, Facility Management, Data Protection, Finance on the Jira Service Management platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, gather requirements and design solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency Architect and implement workflows leveraging as much as possible out-of-the-box features as well as integration with other platforms in the Axpo IT landscape like SAP, Azure When needed, customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions and notifications to meet the needs of various teams. Create detailed technical documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and configurations Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users. Support the administration and management of Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations. Implement and maintain Jira Service Management projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users. Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira and JSM features and best practices. Evaluate and provide consulting for marketplace apps Setup and maintain integrations between Jira and other systems Use REST APIs to automate processes and support other teams on how to query these same APIs
Requirements
Do you have experience in REST?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience in place of formal education. Atlassian Certified Professional certification 5+ years of experience implementing processes on Jira and/or Jira Service Management. Strong understanding of Jira's customization options such as workflows, permissions, notifications, etc. Experience with advanced customizations in Jira: Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps. Experience using Jira's REST APIs and integrating Jira with other platforms Experience with using Rovo or other AI solutions within Jira workflows Knowledge of a programming language such as Groovy or Python is a plus. Experience implementing ITSM in JSM or migrating from another ITSM system is also a plus. Experience implementing non-IT processes in JSM is a plus.
