Job description
Our client, a global leader in the beauty & consumer goods sector, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to support the implementation of a new online platform and help streamline digital operations across multiple European markets. You will coordinate between the local team in the Netherlands and the central digital hub in Paris, ensuring smooth delivery of a new website (including Shopify-based components) and supporting the transformation towards a more agile digital working model.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and enjoys managing digital initiatives end-to-end while building strong stakeholder relationships internationally., * Support and coordinate the implementation of a new website, including Shopify integrations and E-commerce components.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Amsterdam team and central digital teams in Paris.
- Support the rollout of new digital ways of working, including simplified frameworks, mini brand-factory models, and supplier interactions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, reporting, and progress tracking using Microsoft 365 and (ideally) ServiceNow.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, build a strong internal network, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Oversee day-to-day digital project operations, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager with strong exposure to web projects, E-commerce, and ideally Shopify.
- Experience working in consumer goods, retail, beauty, or similarly fast-paced digital environments is a strong plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft 365; ServiceNow experience is a bonus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across countries and functions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- French is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam/Hoofddorp 3 days a week.
