Salesforce / Bullhorn administrator

As a Salesforce / Bullhorn administrator, you ensure that our ATS platform is reliable, user-friendly, and future-proof. You work closely with our key users and colleagues within Application & Integration. You enjoy solving puzzles in systems, quickly understand processes, and find joy in both resolving inquiries and creating configurations or small enhancements yourself. Additionally, you have an affinity for data and integrations - experience with MuleSoft is a bonus but definitely not a requirement. Your tasks include: - Managing and further developing our Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud environment on Salesforce. - Configuring objects, workflows, fields, validations, and other settings. - Resolving support questions from users and brainstorming improvements. - Managing plugins, integrations, and auxiliary applications within the recruitment landscape. - Supporting integrations with other systems (via MuleSoft, among others). - Identifying opportunities for optimization

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, in processes, data quality, and user experience. - Participating in small development and expansion projects. - Acting as a sparring partner for key users and IT colleagues. What do you bring? - Higher vocational education (HBO) working and thinking level. - At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or a comparable CRM/ATS platform. - Affinity for data, integrations, and process optimization. - Basic knowledge of APIs or integration platforms (MuleSoft is a plus, not a requirement). - Analytical skills and the talent to translate user requirements into solutions. - Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. - Fluent command of Dutch and English is essential.
