Job description
- Lead, mentor and develop the engineering team with a focus on people management. (c.10 in size)
- Oversee daily operations including dev ops
- Serve as a technical escalation point for clients
- Scope out new projects and architect headless commerce solutions using modern technologies
- Set the technical direction and best practices for the team
- Pitch headless builds and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, * Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing small to mid-size teams
- Deep understanding of commerce platforms/eco system
- Proactive
- Strong grasp of modern web frameworks
- Experience in DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline and cloud infra
