Director of Technology

Our client is an established digital transformation consultancy with a reputation as one of the best in Europe. The Director of Technology is responsible for the success of the Company's software and technical end-to-end solutions.The Director of Technology leads a structure of engineering teams made up of employed, contingent and third-party Technical Leads, Shopify Engineers, Integration Engineers, Quality Analysts and Developers and manages our third-party technical service provider relationships., * Technology & Engineering:

• Defining technical vision and long term strategy
• Owning the SDLC & end to end solutions

• Senior Leadership Team:

• Contributing to key decision
• Contributing to pitches in respect of validating workforce planning and technical thinking

• Team Leadership:

• Energise and inspire the team
• Manage d2d line management and monthly 1:1s
• Encourage innovation within the teams.

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Longstanding experience in an engineering leadership position within a complex eCommerce retail environment

• Experience setting the strategic vision and taking strategic, commercial decisions
• Experience managing third party supplier relationships
• Experience leading globally dispersed teams
