Job description
We are looking for an experienced People Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our People Technology strategy at Moore Kingston Smith.
This is a high-impact role within our People Analytics and Systems function, a growing and evolving area of our 40-strong People Team. You will be responsible for ensuring our People systems genuinely enhance the employee experience, enable self-service, and support our people to do their best work.
Working closely with the Senior People Analytics and Systems Manager, and partnering across the People Team, IT, and the wider business, you will lead major system implementations, own the People Systems roadmap, and act as a trusted expert on People Technology, data governance, and GDPR compliance. This role offers real scope to influence how we design, use, and evolve our systems in a people-centred, forward-thinking way., You will have end-to-end responsibility for the delivery, optimisation, and governance of our People systems, ensuring they support an excellent employee experience and provide high-quality, reliable data for the business., * Leading the selection, scoping, and end-to-end implementation of People systems, including HRIS and LMS platforms
- Owning the People Systems roadmap, prioritising enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Acting as the subject matter expert for People Technology across the firm
- Managing key vendor relationships and ensuring service levels are consistently met
- Championing data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance across all People systems
- Partnering with analytics colleagues to ensure systems are configured to support meaningful insight and reporting
- Leading change management, training, and adoption activity to embed new technology successfully
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tax experience?, You will be a people-focused systems specialist who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change., * Strong experience working with enterprise HR systems, with a track record of leading complex, end-to-end implementations
- Solid understanding of system configuration, integrations, and data governance principles, including GDPR
- Confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Experience driving organisation-wide change and technology adoption
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach with a genuine interest in improving how people experience technology at work
