Product Owner - GenAI

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner for our Generative AI product to drive the development and evolution of cutting-edge AI products and services. You will be at the intersection of AI innovation and product management, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and scale our AI-powered solutions., Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Generative AI platform in alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions that deliver real value to users and customers.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and market trends.

Requirement Gathering & Backlog Management

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic goals.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
• Continuously groom and prioritize the backlog to maximize value delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and software developers to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
• Partner with business teams (marketing, sales, operations, customer support) to define go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AI & Technology Enablement

• Stay informed about the latest Generative AI models, Agentic AI and Physical AI.
• Identify new AI capabilities and opportunities for innovation within the platform.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigation of AI risks.

Customer-Centric Approach

• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to validate product features and improvements.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of AI-driven products.
• Iterate on feedback and enhance the platform based on real-world usage and insights.

Agile & Product Development

• Act as the Scrum Product Owner, leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions that meet market needs.
• Balance technical debt, feature development, and scalability.

Do you have experience in Software deployment?, * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, AI/ML Product Ownership, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI/ML-driven products.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI deployment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI technologies into user-friendly and commercially viable products.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with LLMOps, AI ethics, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation metrics and monitoring tools.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS, AI-as-a-Service, or AI product monetization.
